At Arabella, we provide a welcoming and personalized experience for each patient with every treatment. Fun fact, the Latin meaning for Arabella is beautiful, loving, graceful, and lovable. We want every patient that we see to leave feeling like family and have more substantial knowledge of the treatments they are interested in. We want patients to not just come back for their treatment but also to continue memorable, long-lasting relationships. We take the time to get to know our patients and are invested in their lives. This lets us create specific treatment plans catered uniquely to each patient. We enhance patients’ natural beauty.

Your provider will spend time getting to know you, your medical history, and your aesthetic goals. This comprehensive consultation allows us to develop a custom treatment plan that will help you achieve your desired look and results. This appointment is typically 60 minutes. Some treatments and procedures can be performed during your initial consult, while others require you to schedule future visits.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident with the process. At Arabella, we pride ourselves on providing a positive, hands-on approach to our patients following your treatment. Though they are not required, we offer follow-up appointments to assess your progress and ensure that your happiness with the overall results.

Erica Hembree Sharp, Provider/Owner | Arabella Medical Aesthetics in Knoxville, TN

Erica Hembree Sharp

Provider/Owner

Erica is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in medical aesthetics. She graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. After a successful sales career and a passion for helping people, Erica returned to school to become an RN. She has worked as an operating room nurse and manager for the University of Tennessee Medical Center and later graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner from East Tennessee State University. Shortly after that, Erica began working in the medical aesthetics field, specializing in injectable services and skin rejuvenation. Erica’s passion for her work stems from creating joy for her patients as they work toward their aesthetic goals. She continually seeks opportunities to learn new techniques and advance her training.

Claire Cross

Injector (NP)

Claire has spent all of her life in Tennessee and grew up in Johnson City and is now happy to call Knoxville home. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2017 with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She spends the next 5 years working as a nurse in the Emergency Department and then as a labor and delivery nurse.

While working as a nurse, Claire continued to further her education at MTSU and graduated in 2022 with a Masters Degree in Nursing with a concentration in family medicine. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed by the Tennessee Board of Nursing.

Claire is constantly working to grow and develop in her new role as a Nurse Practitioner and loves learning all things that the Medical Aesthetics industry has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and bars, cheering on the Vols, and spending time with her husband, Grant, and their energetic yellow lab, Hank.

Rachel Ruggles

Office Coordinator

Rachel has five years of management experience in Hospitality. She assists with implementing office policies and procedures, keeps open communication among staff and patients, and ensures that each patient who visits Arabella is treated like family.
Timothy Scott Wilson, Medical Director | Arabella Medical Aesthetics in Knoxville, TN

Timothy Scott Wilson

Medical Director

Dr. Wilson is a native Tennessean and a passionate Volunteer fan. He graduated from Franklin High School in middle Tennessee. After residency, he began practice in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in 1997. By early 199, Dr. Wilson and his wife were grateful to have the opportunity to join Dr. Fred Kaserman to form East Tennessee Plastic Surgery, returning to Tennessee to build his practice and raise their children.

When Dr. Kaserman retired in 2012, Dr. Wilson took over care of all the ETPS patients and continues the legacy of exceptional patient care.

Outside of work, he enjoys being an amateur chef, golfing boating, fishing, and hiking in the Smokies, and of course all University of Tennessee-related sports. Dr. Wilson has privileges at Park West Medical Center.
