Appointment Policies

At Arabella Medical Aesthetics, we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We believe that a good Practitioner/Patient relationship is based on understanding and communication. Our goal is to provide our patients with extraordinary care in a timely manner, and exceptional service. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our updated policies:

Cancellations

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call or text at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your kind notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

New Patients

For new patients, Arabella requires a fifty dollar ($50) reservation retainer. This fee will be applied to your service or treatment at your appointment. Any late cancellations or no-shows will be charged an additional non-refundable fee of fifty dollars ($50).

Late Cancellations / No Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled 24 hours or less before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. The first late cancellation or no show is notated in the patient’s chart record. After the first late cancellation or no show, a missed appointment fee of $100 will be assessed at management’s discretion. Patients with two (2) or more late cancellations or no-shows will be required to keep a credit card on file & will be charged a retainer of $100 to book an appointment. This retainer will be applied at time of service if your next appointment is followed through.The late-cancellation and no-show fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full prior to booking your next appointment.

We understand that special unavoidable circumstances happen that may require you to cancel in less than 48 hours. In these cases, fees may be waived but only at management’s discretion.
