How it works
- If you are doing the Ultra Glo, your provider will apply a topical numbing cream to the areas being treated. If you are doing the Lite Glo, there is no numbing needed!
- You’ll put on protective eyewear + your provider will begin the treatment. You might feel a warm sting-ly sensation, but it is totally tolerable.
- Post-treatment products will be applied. Your provider can apply a cooling mask or exosomes to increase the efficacy of the treatment.
Pre-Treatment Tips
- Come with a clean face.
- No injectables two weeks prior
- Avoid retinol or other active skin care products for 1-2 days before your treatment.
Post-Treatment Tips
- No exercise or sauna for 24 hours.
- Follow the recommended skincare regimen.
- Makeup can be applied after 24 hours.
- Your skin will have a sandpaper texture that is only felt, not seen. You can gently exfoliate on day 6 or 7.
Does it hurt?
No it doesn’t hurt! If you are doing the Ultra Glo, your provider will numb the treatment areas before the procedure. If you are doing the Lite Glo, there is no need to numb! Most patients describe feeling a warm sting-ly sensation.
Are there any side effects?
You might experience some redness and mild swelling for 1-3 days post-procedure. Your skin will have a sandpaper texture.
