RF Microneedling
A radiofrequency microneedling treatment that tightens the skin, boosts collagen production and softens lines and wrinkles.

How it works
- Your provider will apply a topical numbing cream to the area being treated.
- Your provider will begin the treatment. Treatment time varies depending on areas being treated.
- Your provider will apply post-treatment products, which could include a cooling mask or topical exosomes, which help speed up the healing process.
- Your skin will have a sunburn feeling and appearance, with potential swelling for 24 – 48 hours.
Pre-Treatment Tips
- No active sunburn.
- Hold off on retinol and active skin care 1-2 days before your treatment.
- Come with a clean face.
- No botox or filler two weeks before treatment.
- Let your provider know if you have a history of fever blisters.
Post-Treatment Tips
- No makeup, exercise, or sauna use for 24 hours.
- We will provide a post-treatment skin care kit.
- Be diligent with SPF.
Frequency:
We recommend a package of three treatments completed one month apart.

Does it hurt?
We take additional measures at Arabella to make sure you are comfortable. Read more about those here!
How do you control pain?
Your provider will apply a topical numbing cream, which will be left on for 45 minutes. You will have the option to utilize Pronox (like laughing gas), to help with pain relief and anxiety. We can also provide sensory distractors if necessary.
Is there any downtime?
You can go back to your routine the next day. You may be red or puffy for a few days after.
When will I see results?
You will see gradual results throughout the treatment process. Peak results are seen two months after the final treatment.
How long will results last?
Results are long-term, but we recommended periodic touchups if needed.
How is it different from microneedling with the SkinPen?
There is a deeper needle penetration and laser energy.
Is this pregnancy safe?
