What is the Arabella Gold Infusion?
The Arabella gold infusion is a micro-injection device (think: gentle microneedling!), that uses tiny 24k gold needles to gently stamp our super serum cocktail into your skin. We can target specific skin concerns + goals with different ingredients in our super serum cocktail. How do I decide what I want in the serum?
We work with each of our patients to help determine what the best cocktail is for their skin concerns, skin goals, skin type, and budget. Luckily, we have quite a few ingredients to choose from, and they can be combined!
- Super Serum: this is an antioxidant rich serum that brightens the skin + gives you that glowy look
- Botox/Dysport/Xeomin: this is great for tightening the skin + combating pore size

Can you lead me through what a typical Arabella Gold Infusion treatment looks like?
The appointment will last about 45 minutes. We start by cleansing your face + applying the topical numbing cream. While you are numbing, you + your provider will discuss the best cocktail for your skin. Your provider will mix the cocktail + prepare the 24k gold stamping device + then begin the treatment! The actual treatment will take around 10 minutes — and then your skin will be glowing!
When will I see results + how often should I get this treatment?
This is highly dependent on what is in the cocktail! You will start seeing results from the super serum a few days after the treatment. You will see peak results from Botox and Filler 1-3 weeks after the treatment. We recommend chatting with your provider to help determine what you want in your cocktail & to create a personalized timeline just for you! For skin maintenance, we suggest scheduling an Arabella Gold Infusion with your quarterly botox appointments!
So, about the needles… does this treatment hurt?
Don’t worry – the needles for this procedure are very small! We numb all of our patients before the Arabella Gold Infusion, and most say that they didn’t feel anything! You can expect a light tapping sensation, but other than that, it’s painless!
