Before the facial, you and your provider will discuss your skin goals and concerns. Your provider will assess your skin to determine what products + masks to apply during the facial. Your provider will begin the facial by steaming and double cleansing your face. This allows your pores to open up so that the products applied can penetrate deeper. Next, your provider will dermaplane the skin. Then, your provider will apply a Hydrojelly mask and massage your neck and shoulders. The last thing that your provider will do is apply a series of medical grade skin care products to your skin.
What is a Hydrojelly mask?
A Hydrojelly mask is a jelly-like mask that is applied to your skin. These masks can address a variety of different skin concerns — hydration, smoothing, exfoliating, cleansing, etc. The mask forms a vacuum-like seal over your face as it sets, which helps it peel off in one piece. We have several different options that you and your provider can choose from at Arabella. We also have a few options that you can purchase to do at home!
What makes this different from the other facials?
Most of our facials yield similar results. You will be glowy, dewy, and hydrated! However, the signature facial is different from our other facials because there is no machine involved. The entire facial is performed by our aesthetician using only her hands. If you are looking for a relaxing treatment — this is it!
